Dark ruby with a violet rim.
Nose:
Powerful violet, black pepper, garrigue and black fruit aromas.
Palate:
Great structure, full-bodied, long and aromatic finish with black cherry, blackberry and spice notes.
Pairings:
Roasted quail with chestnuts, guinea fowl with prunes, tenderloin creole style.
Serving temperature:
16-18°C. Best if decanted.
