Barrel ageing for 12 months.

Colour:

Garnet with purple reflections.

Nose:

Subtle and fragrant, with notes of blueberries, wild strawberries and flowers.

Palate:

Refreshing and delicate, with Morello cherry aromas and supple, silky tannins. The spices lead to a long aromatic finish.

Pairings:

Ideal with Mediterranean salads, grilled red meat, Provençal and vegetarian cuisine.
