Colour:
Dark crimson.
Nose:
Intense, black fruit, rose and leather.
Palate:
Full-bodied and structured, with floral and fruity aromas and suave tannins.
Pairings:
To enjoy with Porto style beef or a chocolate fondant with sour cherries.
Serving temperature:
16 - 18°C.
