Barrel ageing for 18 months.

Colour:

Deep and intense garnet.

Nose:

A unique and complex bouquet with floral notes of dried roses, Port, blackcurrant, cocoa and eucalyptus.

Palate:

The palate surprises with its finesse, elegance and richness. The tannins are silky and fresh.
As on the nose, there is an abundant aromatic palette with black fruit, sweet spices and roasted and floral notes.

Pairings:

Ideal with red meat, beef bourguignon, game in sauce, hare à la royal or a chocolate dessert.

Serving temperature:

Between 16 and 18°C.
